The nose already shows great complexity with layers of plum and cherry fruit, brown spices as well as elements of violet and forest floor. The Pinot Noir is already showing a soft, round mouthfeel with rich texture. The finish is long and smooth with a nice spicy finish. While very enjoyable now, we expect this wine to improve in the bottle for 6-10 years.
