Earle Estates' traditional meads are somewhat similar to customary honey mead formulas without the boiling process, whcih delivers a bountiful, robust flavor, but no harshness. Similar to a Late Harvest Riesling. Pairs nicely with chicken, fish, pork, Chinese, lasagna, and pasta.
