This unique red grape is a relatively recent arrival in the Finger Lakes; we are one of two wineries making it in a dry style. You’ll find it’s velvety textured, slightly floral, with flavors of plum, blackberry and a mouthwatering acid touch on the finish. We cellared the wine in French oak barrels, lending a spicy depth to the wine. It shows great potential for aging.
