Yellow Tail, Merlot, South Eastern Australia, 750ml

This is a dark fruited, dense Merlot, with notes of cola, cabbage leaf, fig and raisiny dark fruit. The palate has richness but it's balanced by lifted acidity, keeping it firmly in a medium-bodied bracket.
